We take care of anything you need to be able to organise your event
such as: looking for the location, catering, project of the event,
coordinating the event or the meeting.
Who are your clients?
Our Customers are companies, professionals and everyone who wants
to organise an event and doesn’t have time, but wants to have
a perfect event: for this reason they choose a team of experts.
If the event was already organised and I need
only one of your services (for instance the location or the catering),
could I still ask for your help?
You can ask for our help to organise the entire event. Otherwise
we can help you to organise just one part of it.
Are you expensive?
One of our prime objectives in organising an event is to be competitive
in price: we are going to work to propose various options to find
the perfect one for you, at the best price.
After the first time we get in touch with you,
how long does it take for you to prepare a proposal for the event?
First of all in our opinion the best way to start is to meet personally
to be able to understand your taste, your objectives and your dreams.
We will put together a schedule. The time we will need for this
will depend on the type of event.
What if I am not happy with your proposal?
There is no problem with that because we can talk about it and we
will find the right and the best solution for you!
Will the organisation of the event will take
a lot of my time?
